There are now four humpback whales just south of the Blasket Islands! Nick Massett of the IWDG (Irish Whale and Dolphin Group) has spotted their blows yesterday evening and today, with the help of a local fisherman, has been able to pass on the coordinates of where they are feeding to us. Our Eco Marine Tour, leaving at 1pm today, will steam right over to that spot and hopefully we'll be able to locate them. As always we will try to get the important photo identification shot that will help expand the data base of animals sighted in the area and thus give us more information of their movements and behaviour.
